Journal Submission Kit — terms

What you buy

A digital download: the Journal Submission Kit as PDF (US Letter and A4) and the Submission Tracker as an Excel workbook, delivered as one ZIP file.

Licence

One purchaser, personal academic use. You may print and annotate the files freely. You may not share, resell or redistribute them, or upload them to shared drives, course sites or learning platforms. Institutional use needs a separate licence: contact us through the Journal Clock for organisations page.

Delivery

After payment you receive a download link on screen and by email. Each link works for 14 days and up to ten downloads. You can request a fresh link at any time with the email address used at checkout.

Refunds

We refund on request within 14 days of purchase if the files cannot be downloaded or opened. Download access ends when a refund is issued or a payment is disputed.

Price and tax

The price is shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Disclaimer

The kit is educational material. It is not publishing, legal or financial advice, and it does not guarantee acceptance by any journal. Journal policies, fees and requirements change: always verify them on the journal's own website before you submit.
